What does the Guarantee mean?

• Your transaction and information will be safe and secure
• You will receive the exact tickets you ordered or upgraded seats
• Your tickets will be delivered before your event
• Your tickets will be valid and authentic
• You will be fully refunded if your event is cancelled
• If your event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund including any service fees and taxes. However if the event is rescheduled to a later date, the tickets you purchased will be valid for the new rescheduled date and your order will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have any issues at all, we are here to help. In the unlikely event you experience an issue at the gate, call us (1-800-625-KING) immediately from the venue and we will work to correct the issue, including trying to find replacement tickets for you if necessary.

If VenueKings.com can not provide replacement tickets, upon confirmation that the tickets were invalid for entry, VenueKings.com will provide you with a full refund for the cost of the tickets including any service fees, delivery and tax charges.
