What You’ll Do:
⇒ Handle day-to-day interactions with customers beyond the scope of traditional customer service through phone calls, emails and chat.
⇒ Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected and strive to resolve all concerns by going two steps beyond what is expected.
⇒ Assist customers with technical issues regarding order processing
⇒ Ensure that emails received through the inbox are resolved in a professional and timely manner
⇒ Increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty by providing awesome service and proactive engagement
To be successful, you'll need:
⇒ Outstanding communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
⇒ Ability to handle time-sensitive requests efficiently and effectively
⇒ Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
⇒ A proven track record of 2+ years of customer service experience
⇒ To be positive and innovative, think outside the box and brings solutions to the table
⇒ To have flexibility with respect to scheduling, working on weekends, evenings and holidays will be required
