As a Client Services & Fulfillment Associate, you will monitor orders, intervening as necessary to correct problems and ensure that customers receive appropriate, valid, and authentic tickets in time for their event. The ideal candidate will draw on industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. Client Services and Order Fulfillment is the cornerstone of our company and a platform for learning the ins and outs of the entire industry. This opportunity is a unique experience to build your communication and problem-solving skills on a fast paced and motivated team.
What You’ll Do:
⇒ Monitor queues with open and pending orders to ensure timely fulfillment of all sales and maintain accuracy of tickets
⇒ Troubleshoot technical issues related to order processing and data exchange
⇒ Receive and respond to inbound e-mail and live chats; gather and verify required information; update internal order notes appropriately
⇒ Respond to inquiries from both brokers and customers through email and phone; be proactive in identifying potential order problems and finding resolutions
⇒ Provide real-time assistance on the day of an event; resolve escalated customer complaints with amicable solutions
⇒ Ensure proper security procedures are followed during all customer interactions
⇒ Maintain thorough knowledge of company processes and policies to ensure proper exchanging of information
What You’ll Bring:
⇒ Outstanding communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
⇒ Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills and a friendly attitude willing to take on new challenges and learn
⇒ Ability to work independently with confident decision-making and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
⇒ Proficient in functional/technical skills; Internet applications, office applications, internal tools
⇒ Ability to prioritize and recognize the most time sensitive tasks
⇒ Maintain professionalism and positively represent the Venue Kings brand
⇒ Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays
⇒ Genuine interest in sales, sports, and entertainment
